Respected Sir,

I am writing this letter to withdraw my admission application form for being considered for admission in your college in August 2012. I am withdrawing my application as I have already secured a seat in London business school. I would like to thank you for considering me eligible for admission in your college of international repute. I enjoyed the personal interview session that was conducted by the experienced faculty of your College. Actually my good performance in the interview gave me confidence to perform well in the subsequent interview session of other top business schools of the country. I would request you to kindly refund my admission deposit after deducting the applicable penalty as soon as possible.

I would once again thank you for giving the opportunity to join your college. I will look forward for a positive response from your side regarding the refund of my admission fees deposited in favor of your college. Please let me know if any documents need to be submitted to complete the process. Once again sorry for the inconvenience caused.
