Dear Mr. Adam

I am writing this letter to apologize to your company for sending you a money order of wrong amount to the billing department. I am subscriber of your mobile service and my mobile number is 874835765857. A bill of $989.78 for the month of June 2012 was sent to my residence from the billing department of your company. The last date for payment of the bill was 15th July 2012. I had mistakenly submitted a money order of $689.78 to the bill collection centre of the company. I realized my mistake yesterday when I was going through my credit card bills. I am sending revised money order of $989.78 and request you cancel my previous money order. I am once again sorry for wasting the valuable time of your department.

I strongly believe that you will forgive me for this particular time and I promise that no such mistake will occur in the future time. Please let me know if any other document or formalities are needed to be done for the same.
