I am writing this letter to seek your appointment for a meeting with you. I had an accident few years back due to which I wasn’t able to do any physical activity. I have also developed some health problems like cholesterol and thyroid.
One day surfing on internet, I found your reference that you treat people like me through yoga training and not core physical exercises & strength training. I am also seeking your advice on diet and nutrition so that I can also improve my eating habits so as to control my increasing weight.
