Sub – Approval for extension of house.

Dear Mr. Peter

I am feeling happy to inform you that your application for extension of your house has being successfully approved by the competent Municipal authority. I would like to inform you that you can now extend your house from the present two storey to four storey but the total extension shall not increase 5000 square feet. You are requested to produce a completion certificate once you complete the entire extension of your house. The civil engineers of our corporation will go on a visit to your house in order to measure the total area of expansion done by you. In case you have do any illegal construction then you will be penalized according to the prevalent rules and the entire illegal structure will be demolished.
