I would like to inform you through this letter that I want to cancel the auto insurance which was active from the 11th of May, 2010. Please consider the urgency of this letter and take prompt action on this matter. I would also like to inform you about my wish for a written document explaining and stating the official cancellation of this policy.

I hope to receive the document within a period of thirty days from today. Any clarifications and other letters on this matter can be mailed to the below given address. I Hope to receive a prompt reply.
