Dear Mr. Kenneth,

Sub- Letter of termination of business contract

Ref- Business Contract/ Dated June 10, 2010

With this letter I am informing you that I have decided to terminate the business contract that we had last year as above. During one year of our business we have hardly been able to see any improvement in the performance of the business. I do not think that we will able to see any improvement in future as well.

As a result, I have decided to terminate the business contract from June 10, 2011. I would like to settle all the dues of you as and when you want. I would like to expect the partnership from your side in any other business if you want.
