Dear Sir,

This letter is being written for letting you know about our decision to cancel the ‘Water by Doe Purified Water Service’. Our building is presently undergoing renovation. We are planning to install purifying and refrigerated fountains with the new system for plumbing.

I would also like to inform you that till date all the payments are done from our side without anything pending. I have also attached the payment records for the last month. Cooler units can be removed anytime on or after 30th of November, 2010. Before concluding the letter, I would like to tell you that your services have been excellent and the waterman always showed complete professionalism whenever I had any issues with the system.
