With reference to Credit Agreement Number PNA – 582954/07 signed for financial trade on office premises dated 12th September, 2007, I would like to request for cancellation of my agreement. In accordance to cancellation rights as per the company terms and conditions, I am looking forward to receive a written or printed confirmation of agreement cancellation.
