Subject: Cancellation of order number 940/8493/88.
Dear Ms. Parker,
I am writing this letter to cancel the order for 15 plain blue colored T-shirts that I had placed around 10 days back with order number-940/8493/88. Your company officials had assured that these would be delivered within the next three days but I have not yet received my order within the stipulated time nor was I given any information regarding the delay.
I am highly dissatisfied with the service provided by your company officials. Even after repeated phone calls and follow up with your staff members I have not received my order. I would thus like to cancel my order. I would not like to deal with your organization any longer and would request you to refund the amount I had paid for this order.
I hope to receive my payment back on time.
