Dear Mr. Mitchell:

Our group, Help the Needy Foundation, would like to extend our gratification to your organization for helping us in our previous activity. We really appreciate the manpower you have contributed that made the activity a success.

Just to inform you, we have managed to help about 75 indigent families during our livelihood seminar last December 1, 2010. The families who benefited have expressed their gratitude as well for the help we have given their community.

We hope that this would be a great start for more partnerships on our part in empowering more communities.
