Dear Mr. King,

I would like to take the opportunity of wishing you a very Merry Christmas. I pray that may all the happiness in the world be yours and may your family life as well as professional life be filled with joy, love and laughter.

You have been a valuable tenant since you have rented my apartment fours year back. I usually increase the rental amount every New Year, but this year I have decided not to increase the rental amount and I would request you to accept this as my Christmas gift.

I also wish that may peace and joy be with you now and throughput the coming year and may your Christmas is as peaceful as the new fallen snow. Enjoy the Christmas with your family and loved ones. Once again Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
