Subject: Claim for free product

Dear Mr. Moore,

I am writing this letter to claim for the free pair of shoes that I was supposed to receive along with my purchase. I had purchased three formal shirts from your organization along with which I was supposed to get a free pair of sports shoe.

I had made the purchase on 20th of December 2011 when this offer was existing. I was told that the free product was out of stock and was promised that it would be couriered to me within the next one week. But, it has been more than two weeks and I have not received the free product.

I would request you to look into this matter as soon as possible and revert back.
