Your organization is highly recognized for extending support for worthy causes. We have been a living proof to that for countless occasions. Once again, we are reaching out for your help to solicit used clothes from your various networks to be distributed to the flood victims in Indonesia and the Philippines. These two Asian countries were seriously affected by strong typhoons just recently.

Attached is a donation form which you could reproduce and distribute to your members. The form details the procedure on where and when the used clothes will be collected. The first shipment of clothes for the flood victims will be on November 1, 2011 and every week thereafter for as long as donations keep coming.
