Condolence Letter Format

Dear Mr. Atkinson and family,

Our thoughts are with you as you mourn for your loss. We are very sorry if we cannot be with you in person but I hope that you accept our heartfelt condolences.

Johnny was a kind and honorable man. I had the honor and pleasure to know your son and I am very sorry to hear about his passing away. I had the greatest respect to Johnny and will surely miss his presence especially during the work.

Please let me know if there are some things I can do to help you during this difficult time. I will always be here to give you assistance.

You and your family will always be in my prayers. I am looking forward in meeting with you personally. I will light a candle for Johnny tonight.
