Dear Mr. Vaughn,

This letter is in reply to the contract sent by your organization on 15th of May 2011 in order to arrange a seminar for your organization. We would like to confirm that we agree to the terms and conditions mentioned in the contract.

You have asked us to arrange a three day seminar for your University which should take place at the University premises beginning from 25th of May 2011 and ending on 27th of May 2011. We are fine with the budget amount that you have mentioned in the contract, but we would require fifty percent of the amount in advance.

We are looking forward to work with you and I believe that we can repeat this in future.
