This is in regards to the contract entered between our organization and Cleaners and Helpers Limited on 21st of January 2012 in order to provide cleaning and plumbing services at our office premises. We would like to assign the contract to your organization.

The terms and conditions mentioned in the contract will be same as the terms and conditions mentioned in the contract with Cleaners and Helpers Limited. We would like you to provide cleaning and plumbing services at our office premises located at 78 Henry Lee Street, New York, New Jersey 6792. You will be entitled to receive the service charges as mentioned in the contract in exchange of your service.
