Dear Miss. Myers,

This letter is in regards to the home loan that you had applied from our bank on 15th of March 2012 for an amount $200000. In order to approve the loan we need to make an inquiry about your credit history.

As you must be knowing that after any individual applies for a loan, it is mandatory for us to check his credit history. Based on the inquiry made by us we decide whether to approve the loan applied by the person. We have to check the person’s credit worthiness and credit rating maintained by various credit bureau. We would also like you to provide with information about your current credit status and provide us with a photocopy of your credit report.

I hope you understand that this inquiry is a standard procedure and cooperate with us. Please collect all the needed documents and meet our representative at the office.
