I am writing to you in response to your company’s advertisement online www.rollandspublishinghouse.com/need-an-assistant-editor/ which was posted yesterday. I do have to admit that your advertisement is very much appealing to me.

I am a graduate of Augusta State University, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Creative Writing. I have worked with Phoenix Publishing for the last 7 years as an Assistant Editor.

I want to be a part of Rolland’s Publishing House for the last couple of years or so. It is only now that a window opened for me. I do believe that you have a much longer list of applicants, but I can certainly assure you that with my 7 years experience is more than enough for me to be considered as one of the top candidates.
