Sub – Divorce settlement agreement letter

Dear Mr. Michael

I am writing this letter with reference to the divorce settlement agreement send to me by your office on behalf of my ex wife. I would like to inform that I am ready to agree to almost all the clauses of the agreement pact but with some minor modifications. One of clause agreement mentions that my ex wife will be owner of half of my total wealth and all the legal property. I do not have any problem in giving her the 50% share of my entire property but the clause of giving 50% share in my house does not make a valid statement. I would rather like to compensate my wife in cash instead of 50% share in the house. I think it will be beneficial for both me and my wife as both of us would not like to live under the common roof.

Please inform me when I have come to your office to sign the final divorce pact. I will look forward for a reply from your side. I would like to thank you for considering my application.
