Sub – Donation appeal letter

Dear Mr. Kyle

I would like to inform you that our charitable trust is involved in ensuring proper food and education facilities to the deprived children of our society. I would request you to kindly donate us some funds so that we can successfully carry out our charity activities. You are requested to send your donation in pay order instead of cash to avoid any manipulation. You can deposit the amount of your choice in any of our more than 400 branches across the country the details of which I am enclosing with this letter. I would like to inform you that our company is a registered society therefore the entire donation that you give to our society will be eligible for income tax rebate.

I hope that you will approve our appeal and help us in our noble cause. I will eagerly wait for a positive reply from your side. I would like to thank you for talking time out of your busy schedule to read my letter.
