Respected Sir,

I am writing this letter with a purpose to notify you that I am resigning from my employment. My last day at Hogwarts Company as Associate Manager would be on 15^th January 2012.

To expand my career goals and opportunities, I have accepted a position with Derek Company. During my three years of employment period at Hogwarts, I had great time working with graded professionals and cooperative staff personnel. I will miss being a part of surprise parties and get together that are being held by our seniors.

I will gladly be available if I may be of any assistance to you during my remaining days. I am truly thankful to each and every member associated with Hogwarts Company for allowing me to work with them.
