Subject: Follow Up after telephonic interview.

Respected Mr. Grant,

This letter is in regards to the telephonic interview conducted by you on 15th of March 2012. I had given an interview for the position of a customer care coordinator.

After I had given the telephonic interview I was informed that I would be given a date of the personal interview by 20th of March 2012.Today, is already 23rd of March 2012 and I have not got any information from your end, so I decided to make a follow up. I am very anxious to know the outcome of the interview as I am confident that I would be selected for the personal interview.

I would request you to please update me on the telephonic interview.
