Dear Mrs. Hudson,

I am Anthony White and I am the father of Dorothy White, from the fifth grade studying in your school. Her roll is FIF56666. I have received a letter from her class teacher regarding a picnic your school is organizing for the students the 27th of this month.

Regarding the matter, I regret to inform to you that my daughter will not be able to pay the said amount on 23 May as both me and her mother are out of town. I am coming back on the 25th of May and I am willing to pay the amount the first thing that day. Kindly treat this request as an obligation and allow her to be in the list of students approved for the picnic.
