The Health Volunteers Group is a duly recognized organization of young health volunteers seeking to provide emergency help and health care to victims of calamities and accidents. We are a non-profit organization and rely solely on funds donated by generous individuals and organizations for our activities to push through.

Next week, we will be holding a medical mission to help victims of Hurricane Katrina which devastated hundreds of families in California recently. In this regard, we would like to solicit medicines from your company to make the mission a success. We believe that your company is one with us in our goal of helping the sick and nourishing them back to health.
