Dear Louis,

I am writing to inform you that I have a grievance related to Religious Discrimination. I want you to give full attention to this problem.

The issue to be investigated is as mentioned below:

1.Religious Discrimination

I was observing fast for some personal religious occasion during which I am not allowed to touch things like feces etc. Despite my early report of this to Adam, he compelled me to clean the restrooms by threatening me that he will write against me.

I hope you will inform me about the investigation proceeding and will soon arrange for holding a grievance hearing.

I know that I am entitled to a hearing regarding this and supposed to bring a trade union representative.

Please reply within 30days of the date of this letter.
