Health Resignation Letter

Dear Sir/Madam:

I hereby tender my resignation as Senior Real Time Analyst of ITechnology, Inc. This is to take effect on October 28, 2009. I hope that this one month notice is enough for the company to prepare for my withdrawal.

I have enjoyed my stay in the company and I highly appreciate all the new skills that I have acquired from ITechnology, Inc; however, two days ago I have consulted with my physician after days and days of feeling unwell. I was diagnosed to have a sickness that is very unfit for work and was told that I needed medication and therapy that would require me to leave town.

I regret that I will not be able to serve the company further but allow me to help you in any way that I can, especially with the transitioning process of my responsibilities. Thank you for having me as a part of your wonderful team.
