Respected Noel,

This letter is to inform you that I accept the invitation sent by you to join you and your friends for a holiday in the Hawaiian Islands.

In the letter you had mentioned that I am under terrible work pressure and I should take a break. You were very much right in that regards and I believe that I require a holiday. The break will help me to bring down my stress level. I can’t thank you enough for inviting me for the holiday and I am expecting to have a fun filled vacation.

I would request you to send me the details of the holiday as in the total expenses required, the mode of transport that we would be availing and the places we would be travelling.
