My Name is Amanda Gear and I reside at: 45/ A, Lake View Apartments, Spencer Market, New York, America. I am a permanent United State’s Resident.

Hereby, I request you to issue a Visa to Mr. Andrew Gear in order to allow him to visit me at my resident in the USA. Mr. Andrew Gear is my Brother and he will be visiting me from June 1^st, 2012 to June 30^th, 2012 to attend the birthday of my only son.

During his visit to the USA, he can stay with me in my apartment at the above mentioned address as I am fully capable of providing him board expenses, medical facilities and food while he is in the United States of America.

I have enclosed all required evidences/ documents which are required to complete the immigration formalities to issue an American visa from the USA consulate.
