Respected Miss Jane,

This letter is in regards to the interview that I had appeared for in your organization for the position of a customer care executive on 25th of February 2012. I would like to inquire about the status of the interview.

When I had appeared for the interview I was told that I would be informed about the status of the interview in the next three days, but I have not been informed anything yet. That is the reason why I am making this inquiry. This job is very important for me as it has always been my long cherished dream to work in a reputed organization like yours.

It would be great if you could get back to me in this regards.
