I have filed for an insurance claim in your good office about a month ago due to an accident I suffered. From the provisions that I have read in your insurance policy, such an accident is included in my insurance coverage. However I have not received any response from you.

I am not sure what is exactly keeping my claim for insurance from being processed but I pray that you will heed my appeal. I am in dire need of financial assistance because of my inability to work and my insurance is the only thing that is left to me now.
