Subject: Internship agreement

Respected Mr. Moore,

This letter is in regards to your internship application in the production department of our organization. This is an internship agreement stating the rules and regulations that you have to agree to.

This internship agreement has been drafted as per the Employment Laws of the State of New Jersey. As per the agreement you will be having an internship period of six months. Either of the parties can leave the agreement, prior to which they need to serve a notice period of one month. During the internship period your will receive a monthly stipend of $1000 which will be paid by cheque. You don’t have any fixed shift timings and may have to work even on Sundays.

If you agree to the above conditions please sign on the document enclosed and mail it to us.
