Subject: Refusal of job for the post of Sr. Engineer.

Respected Sir,

I want to express my deep gratitude towards Young Enterprises Ltd. for giving me an opportunity to be a part of your esteemed organization. Thank you for offering me the position as Sr. Engineer. I appreciate your prompt and generous offer.

With deep regret I am unable to accept the position and it really a very difficult decision to make. As I mentioned earlier, I will not able to relocate. I live with my grand parents and hence I want to work in my city only so that I can look after them too. But as you said that there is no vacancy here in this branch in East London and so I will not able to move at other place. I am extremely sorry for this job refusal.
