Dear Mr. Mel,

SUB: Sexual Complaint

This is to inform you from me, Regina Frank, that I am facing sexual harassment at my work place. There have been many instances like that wherein I have kept those secrets for the sake of losing my job. But since the situation is out of my control, it is very much imperative to bring to your notice that Mr. John Wallace has been the person creating this problem. I have many times telling him to refrain from doing such activity wherein I am facing sexual harassment, but instead he said that he is not going to budge anyhow.

Though these things are not happening to me only, but my other colleague is also facing similar brunt. I could not reveal at this point in time the name of my colleague since she is from new batch where has been inducted in our workface very recently. I hope and would like you to take immediate steps to resolve this mess.
