Subject: Follow up for the order of 100 school uniforms

Dear Ms. James,

I am writing this letter to bring to your notice that we had placed an order for 100 school uniforms at your factory on the 15th of January. We had mentioned the requirement for these school uniforms for our uniform shop in our order letter number XYZ-93837/8484.

We had also requested one of your factory staff to visit our school and understand the design and quality of cloth to be used for these uniforms. However, no body from your factory has turned up to discuss the details about the order.

We have dealt with you earlier also but never faced any such difficulty. Kindly look into the matter and send someone across as soon as possible. Request you to please take up our order on priority.
