Subject: Registration cancellation for 3 years French Diploma.

Respected Sir,

This letter is to bring to your kind notice that I wish to cancel my registration for a three year French Diploma Course that I have applied from your institute. I have got my name registered on 5^th August 2012 by paying an advance payment cheque of $500. Due to some unavoidable circumstances, I cannot pursue my diploma course form your institute.

I was registered in the name of Joey Dickens, with registration no 389293. Recently I have been informed by my college that I am being shifted for my post graduation internship, to some other city. I would no longer stay at this place and I am therefore cancelling my registration. I request you to kindly return my advance payment at the earliest. I am available from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM to come at your reception desk and fulfil all the requirements that are necessary for this registration cancellation

As mentioned on your website, I am supposed to submit a total of $10 as the cancellation fee, and thus I am enclosing a cheque of $10 along with this letter. I hope that you will look into the matter and do the needful.
