I have received an intimation from your company that the goods dispatched by us have reached you safely. The person in charge has also signed the document which says that the merchandise has been thoroughly inspected and needs no replacement.
However I regret to inform you that although it has been more than a week since the goods have reached you, we have not yet received the payment for the same. In case you have already sent the check, I advise that you check with the representative whether it has been dispatched.
