Dear Mr. Pollard

I am retiring on 31st January 2011. I take this opportunity to thank you for all your support and guidance in my journey in this company. More than a boss you always stood by me as a true mate. I find myself extremely fortunate to get the opportunity to work with you. You gave me all the exposure to learn and perform better. Without your all time hold up I would have never been to my current position.

I would like you to accept my heartiest wishes for your future accomplishments. I would also request you to stay in touch with me even after I leave this organization. This retirement is the beginning of a new era, in which I would again look for your affection and concern.
