Please advise your service personnel and other concerned persons about our contract cancellation at the earliest. Because we will be relocating to Washington, DC over a period of time, so please do the needful.

Kindly consider this letter as our notice for contract cancellation between Shawn Reeves and California Carrier Service ending on good terms. The original agreement will allow this type of termination under section 2A Sub Category 1C. Please contact me in case if you need any extra information for request processing.
