Dear Mr. Anderson,

After the discussion with you in our last meeting, I discussed this business deal with my business partners. We have arrived at the decision to buy your business. The rate specified by you would be comfortable for us. This rate is inclusive of the business and the necessary equipments needed for running it smoothly.

We are wiling to discuss more about the deal on Friday, 28th of May so that we can finalize the deal. We will handover the necessary paperwork on that day. We would also like to fix the date of resuming the business after the purchase.
