I, David Johns am writing this letter to apologize for the inconvenience caused to you due to poor internet connectivity. I understand that you require internet all through the day as all your business transactions are done online and due to poor internet connectivity since last week your work has hampered a great deal.
I would like to inform you that we are continually working towards providing the best possible services to our clients. You have been using our services since the last 3 years and are aware about the kind of services being offered by us. However, this time due to some major technical fault the internet services have got disrupted and our customers in your part of the city are facing poor internet connectivity problem since the last one week.
The issue is likely to get resolved within the next 2 days; kindly bear with us until then. I once again apologize for the poor service.
