Dear Mr Williams,

I, Matthew Giles, on behalf of the faculty and students of University of Glenview, would like to request you to kindly make a donation to the university’s scholarship program for excellence in Physics where we waive the tuition fee of brilliant students in the department of Physics or those who have an unfavorable financial situation. The university’s Scholarship program in Physics was started in 1991 when teachers and parents of students contributed a nominal amount for the benefit of underprivileged students. Since then, the university has received donations from every quarter which has helped us to reach out to more students who deserve a chance to study at out university and get the best possible education even if they cannot afford to pay the fee. Your contribution will help us immensely and also inspire others to donate to the scholarship fund.
