Hello sir/madam,

I, Jacob Draw, have been associated with the Sports Magazine Club for a period of more than 2 years. It has been a wonderful association. And as all wonderful things come to an end, it is time for the membership of mine stands to get cancelled. The commitments on me are starting to take a toll and I would not be able to withstand the membership of the Sports Magazine Club.

The obligations on my part have been completed including the financial obligations. It would come as pleasant news to me if the Sports Magazine Club does not levy any charges on the cancellation of the membership to me. This cancellation stands to be terminated as soon as possible as I am no longer serving and the place of a member is getting blocked who could impart significant contribution towards the club.
