Dear Sir;
I have been with this company for many years and it has been part of the many successes that I have achieved in life.
However, there is a widening gap between us in recent years. It has come to a point that it is already affecting my personal life and I feel that I am falling short on the expectations of the company on me.
In this regard, may I tender my resignation effective at your convenience. I am doing so, if only to save myself and the company further trouble and misunderstanding. In my opinion, it could only hurt both of us
I have thought about this decision for some time and I have come to a decision knowing that I am doing it for the better.
