This letter has been drafted for fulfilling my need to appreciate the successful surgery which you have performed on me. I would be getting discharged tomorrow morning and I wish to say that what I have desired has been delivered by you and your hospital. Before the hospital, I was suffering through severe pain and have become sceptical about my health. However, the excellent execution of the efficient medication has resulted in my recovery within couple of weeks.

I am very happy and satisfied for the service which was rendered to me.
