To Whom It May Concern:

This is to verify the tenancy of Mr. Hector John and his two children for the location 456 Center Street, Indianapolis, Indiana. According to our records, Mr. John’s monthly rent was paid on time and he has shown to be responsible in maintaining the house neat.

There has never been a complaint from their neighbors and they have kept the surrounding in proper order. We have also conducted a yearly survey about the current situations of our tenants and it says that Mr. John is on top of the list when it comes to maintaining a good environment and keeping the house clean all the time.

We have seen as well that everything was in order in the house. His children are behaving properly and neighbors liked them as well.

Today, Mr. John is going to move-out of the house for the reason that they need a larger unit. Unfortunately, we were not able to provide it to him so we would be grateful if you could accommodate them.
