Dear Mr. Stephen,
This is to inform you that you are terminated from services as a Trainee manager in our company from this very month. It is indeed quite alarming to notice the rate at which you have absented yourself from work. It has hardly been two months since you have joined our company as a trainee manager. But there has been absenteeism noticed in your employee records almost every third day in a week. The staff rules of our company permit only one leave per month for trainees and you seem to have taken almost 5-6 days each month. I hope you remember that we are a professional organization and this kind of irresponsible behavior is just not acceptable.
You have taken our organization for granted and have been absenting yourself without any valid reason. If you think that being in training period you can take so many leaves then after regularization of services you will never know your working boundaries and rules. We are sorry that we will not be able to employ you and terminate your services with effect from last day of this month itself.
