Dear Mr Singer,

I am writing to you on behalf of Diamondville High School, where we provide an all-round learning atmosphere to our students whereby they get exposure to the different aspects of society and also get a chance to study with children belonging to varied strata of the community. We have a goal to educate every child, no matter what race, religion or financial background they belong to, and for that we have a program called Educate One and All where we take special classes for children who cannot attend regular school.

Our staff members work extra time to teach these children but we need more volunteers to take these classes and we think your organization will be able to support us by tutoring, handling teaching equipment and helping with the campus beautification process.
