Your termination is based on your poor performance and excessive absences from work. Your superior has informed me that he has given you several warnings and has also talked to you personally about the matter but your performance has not improved. It is sad for us to terminate you as you have shown much promise at the start of your employment. However, there are enough grounds to terminate you.
